Always wanted to learn to make things with leather? Join us for our Belt Making Workshop. In this fun and easy one-day workshop, you will learn the basics of beveling and burnishing edges, mixing dye, applying a finish over a dyed belt, punching holes, setting snaps, and sizing a belt. This workshop does not include any stitching.
This workshop includes the leather, supplies, and a basic brass or nickel buckle to make and finish a 1.5” belt during class. We strongly suggest you wear clothes that can get dirty and that can handle dye splatter.

Disclaimers and information: This workshop includes hammering with mallets and may not be appropriate for people with noise sensitivities. Workshop tickets are non-refundable but transferable, so you can gift or sell your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend the class. Students who appear intoxicated or who refuse to follow basic safety instructions will not be allowed to attend classes and will not receive a refund. Light snacks and water/sodas will be provided, and there are several nearby restaurants for a lunch break if desired.
